1. Making the Bible available or accessible to the people of Africa, in languages the people can understand
2. Promoting biblical spirituality among the Christian Faithful at all levels
3. Promoting biblical research in African perspective, aimed at the incarnation of God’s Word in the life and cultures of the people
4. Promoting and coordinating Biblical Apostolate at all levels in Africa and Madagascar
5. Forming Animators and Promoters of Biblical Apostolate, mainly at the regional and national levels
6. Fostering collaboration with the Bible Societies, at continental, regional or national levels.
